Service status
Availability checks and incident history for deep.navy are hosted separately from the API and customer dashboard.
Open the status service for the latest measured state and check timestamps. This page does not infer that the service is healthy.
What the checks cover
The checks cover the customer website, public API catalog, OAuth resource discovery and MCP authentication edge. The MCP edge check expects unauthenticated requests to be rejected; it does not prove that an authenticated tool call succeeds.
Monitoring began October 7, 2026. Availability percentages cover the recorded monitoring period; they do not establish service history before monitoring began.
Scheduled external checks can miss brief outages and may be delayed. Missing or stale check data means availability is unknown. These checks do not measure completeness, freshness or availability of every upstream dataset.
For an issue specific to your account, contact privacy@deep.navy. Include the time, tool name and error code, but never include your API key or private request contents in public incident reports.
