Terms of service
These terms cover your use of deep.navy's website, API, MCP tools and monitors, operated by deep.navy Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use deep.navy for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Accounts and access
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your login, API keys and webhook secrets secure. You are responsible for the clients and integrations you authorize to use your account. Revoke exposed keys in the dashboard and contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
Access is subject to your plan's allowances, rate limits and the documentation. Do not circumvent access controls, billing limits, robots restrictions or other technical safeguards.
Preview and billing
While your Billing page identifies the service as free in preview, tool usage is metered but is not charged. Preview features, coverage and limits may change as we test the service. Do not rely on preview availability or stored results as your only copy of important data.
For paid use, the price, billing period, allowances and any usage charges shown when you choose a plan apply. Review those details before choosing a paid plan. Available plan changes and their effective dates are shown in the dashboard's Billing page. Stopping API calls or revoking a key does not itself change a paid subscription.
Contact us about billing errors or if you need help ending paid service. These terms do not limit any refund or cancellation rights that applicable law gives you.
Acceptable use
Use deep.navy lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not use it to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, disrupt services, harass people, expose private information or infringe intellectual property rights. Do not impersonate another person or use public profile data to build contact lists for spam or targeted harassment.
Only submit information you have permission to process, and only configure webhook destinations you are authorized to use. Do not include passwords, API keys or other secrets in search queries or fetched URLs. Public profile results are not a background-check or eligibility-screening service; do not use them to decide employment, credit, insurance or housing eligibility.
Your inputs and third-party content
You retain your rights in the information you submit. You authorize us to process, store and transmit it as needed to provide the requested service, including running saved monitors and delivering results to your chosen clients and webhooks. Our privacy policy explains how we handle account information, requests and stored content.
Search results, fetched pages and datasets may belong to third parties. Access through deep.navy does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish material. Follow the source's license, attribution requirements and other applicable restrictions. We retain our rights in the service and branding; third parties retain their rights in their content.
For a content or profile-removal concern, contact us with the source URL and enough detail to explain the request. See the people search documentation for our public-profile sources and handling.
Results and availability
Data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Verify important results against the original source. Empty results do not establish that an event, filing, person or dataset does not exist. Monitor schedules and webhook deliveries can be delayed or fail. The service does not provide professional financial, legal or medical advice or emergency alerts.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the independent operation of your MCP clients, source websites or webhook receivers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stopping use and service changes
You may stop using the service, revoke API keys and pause or delete monitors in the dashboard. Contact us to request account closure or deletion; those requests are handled as described in our privacy policy. Revoking Google access alone does not delete your deep.navy account, stored records or monitors.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security incidents, unpaid charges or legal requirements. We may also change or discontinue preview features. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; any acceptance required by applicable law must be obtained separately.
